I put together a clear scope of work: what gets built, what stack makes sense, rough timeline, and what's out of scope so there are no surprises.

Build

I build in the open — regular updates, early previews, and clear communication when something unexpected comes up. No black-box development.

Handoff

Deployed, tested, and documented. I stay available for questions after handoff and can continue on a retainer basis for ongoing work.
