The Problem
Oasis Future Way operates in a crowded UAE facilities management market where most competitors present with generic, corporate-template sites. They needed a web presence that communicated hands-on expertise, built immediate trust with commercial clients, and clearly differentiated their combined FM + PRO + advisory offering — without getting lost in corporate noise.
Approach
Designed around the brief: "premises and paperwork you never have to worry about." Every section is structured to answer the first question a facilities procurement manager asks — what do you do, who does the work, and can I trust you with my building. Service pages are built for clarity, not volume.
Architecture
Next.js App Router — Static First
Fully static export with Next.js App Router. All service pages pre-rendered at build time via generateStaticParams. Deployed to Vercel edge network for consistent fast delivery across the UAE.
Service Catalogue Architecture
Seven service verticals — commercial FM, FM advisory, F&B and housekeeping, PRO and government liaison, business consulting, job application assistance, and travel reservations — each structured as a standalone route with structured metadata for SEO.
Enquiry and Contact Flow
Lightweight server-side contact API with Zod validation and rate limiting. Enquiries routed to the operations team with service-type tagging so the right team handles each request.
Key Features
Full Service Catalogue
Dedicated pages for all seven service areas. Each page presents the service scope, team involvement, and outcome — written to match how facilities procurement managers evaluate vendors.
PRO & Government Liaison Section
Government liaison services presented clearly and accurately — Oasis coordinates approvals and transactions, but the legal and licensing authority stays with the proper UAE authorities. Copy reviewed to be compliant and clear.
Trust-Oriented Design
Editorial layout with team presence signals, service specificity, and regional credibility (Emirates-wide coverage). No stock imagery of call centres — the site communicates a hands-on team of supervisors, technicians, housekeepers, and PRO specialists.
Performance & SEO
Static HTML per route, structured JSON-LD metadata, Open Graph tags, and a dynamic sitemap. Targets UAE facilities management search intent across commercial FM, PRO services, and business consulting queries.
Technology Stack
Engineering Challenges
Communicating a Multi-Service Offering Without Dilution
Seven service lines is a lot to present without making the company seem unfocused. Solved by anchoring every service to a single promise — "premises and paperwork you never have to worry about" — so breadth reads as capability, not scatter.
PRO Services Copy Compliance
UAE PRO and government liaison services require careful copy — overstating what a third-party coordinator does vs. what official authorities handle can mislead clients. Built a clear scope statement for each government-adjacent service that accurately reflects the coordinator role.
Outcome
Live at tfwgrp.com. The site presents the full Oasis Future Way service offering — FM, advisory, PRO, F&B, consulting, job assistance, and travel — with a trust-focused design language built for UAE commercial clients evaluating facilities partners.
